Last month, the New York Senate passed a bill for mandatory ratings on all video games. These include psp games too. You see, on July 22nd, 2008, New York Governor David Patterson signed a Video Game bill into law, putting an interesting twist on the state’s video game legislation.
The new bill calls for an advisory council to conduct a thorough examination on the connection linking real-life violence and interactive media that minors may be exposed to. It also requires new video game consoles to feature parental lockouts by 2010 and mandates that games sold at retail stores disclose accurate ratings acquired from the industry’s voluntary rating system.
Anyway, many members of our community feel the enactment of this bill is unnecessary. And the reason why is because they people, have never played a psp game in their life. You know, these people are always trying to make it hard for us. And it’s like they want to keep us down or something. I don’t know about you but they are trying to find a way to ban violent psp games. And they think by getting rid of violent psp games, then real life violence will go away.
What a load of buls$%t. Those fu$%ers should get off their a#$ and take a shot at something else.
Anyway, if there was one thing I would say to these donkeys is to leave “us” psp gamers alone!
Sorry about the rant but when “they” start to move in on our community, thenthey got a battle on their hands. Let me know what youfeel by leaving a comment below.
