So many people have asked us if we can show them how to make their own custom themes.
Now, we got to be upfront and say this.
… You are asking the wrong guys. You see, when I was in high school. the art teacher asked me to draw birds flying or something. Anyway, I’m first to admit I’m no good at drawing. But when your teacher laughs and points out the bird is flying upside down, you stop doing arty things. Immediately!
Luckily for Sony! You see, they have released a tool to create Custom XMB Themes! Now don’t get too excited. Because it ain’t gonna create the hottest themes.
… But it will help you create some good ones.

just clike on (Sony XMB Custom Theme Maker) above the pic at the top then it will open up a new web page clike downlode your file here and then open it and put it in ur my documents and then go to ur documents and open up the new file called Custom_Theme and its in there and its labeld custom conv duble clike it and then extract your file and then u have your xmb customizer for ur psp

I downloaded it and it freezes when i try to open any kind of file. What do i do. And to change it from Japanese click Help then settings…(the first one).
