Yeah the above heading is true.Sony has released the psp fw 3.90 for both Slim and Phat psps.For phat psp the update is just namesake(Just a few titles supports for the PS3 connectivity added).But for the Slim psp users the update is a boon.Skype connectivity has been added.I have tried the fw personally and I love this skype features.Well to add on to that an online messenger service to be commenced in the mid February has also been included.But Phat psp users,dont get too frustrated,I am sure that homebrew develepoer Fukrip will surely come up wit some crazy skype idea..Also expect 3.90 M33 soon…For the official fw download,Get it from sony website only.

Ahman, developer of iR Shell has waved goodbye leaving behind one final release. We wish him best of luck in his all future works. Also on behalf of this site we wish GILLY best of luck in his “WITHOUT CRICKETING LIFE”

iR Shell is literally packed with a remarkable feature set for both Slim and Fat models — listen to MP3’s while in-game, multi-task between UMD/ISO/homebrew and any of iR Shell’s built-in functions, enjoy 2 player PSOne games wirelessly with another PSP, take snapshots, control your infared based electronics (phat only), etc… The fun never stops!

If you’re a newcomer, I suggest you to open and read the PDF files given along.
New iR Shell 3.9 features:

* Added support for 3.80M33-2, M33-4 & M33-5. Pls note M33-1 & M33-3 are not supported due to some technical issues which I’m lazy to resolve.
* Added support for 3.80 Popsloader Version 2. Version 1 isn’t supported.
* The 1.5 Kernel Addon for 3.71M33 & 3.80M33 has caused some incompatibility issues with fw 1.5 iR Shell. This is now resolved.
* Enhance PSP ISO compatability. Previously failed ISOs will probably work in this release.
* For slim only, the nethostfs MAX mode is now compatible with WPA.
* Some older firmware supports have been removed to reduce the distribution archive. This version has support for fw 1.5, 3.10 to 3.80. Also, directories EXTAPP15 & EXTAPP3X have been combined into a single EXTAPP to save space. Each APP# directory has 2 EBOOTs, with EBOOT.PBP for fw 3.x and EBOOT15.PBP for fw 1.5.

Its a bit  shocking to hear this news. The new PSP models coming out now are no longer able to create a Pandora battery.These motherboards have a Baryon version of 0×00234000(lol I dont know what the heck is this) or above.You can still put CFW  or M33 FW on them if you already have a Pandora battery, its just that you cannot create a Pandora battery using these new PSPs.Also there are rumours flying around that Sony is trying to stop the use of Pandora Battery in the new PSPs by using a mixture of Nand-Kernel duplico technology(Its just a rumour so lets see how this one goes).But as we know, our king Dark-Alex will surely try his best to break these jinxes..So for more psp news and free psp games please bookmark us.

Hi mates,Sorry for not posting for a few days..Was busy with my exams.Now I am back with this review.

An uninspired dungeon crawler marred by repetitive and boring game play..We give it a rating 3.5/10

The good:

Ok animations.

The Bad:

All areas looks identical.Repetitive gameplay.Totally unintelligent gaming experience.

Overall my view is if you have excess money buy this game otherwise DONT EVER BUY THIS.

Your virtual life saving unbricker is back on duty.Breathe the lives back into your dead fat and slim psps using this unbricker.This one helps you in directly installing CFW-3.80M33.These are the new changes in the Unbricker.

Unbricker v4 changes:

• Installer now checks if user has a custom theme installed, and ask him to disable it before running the program.
• The PSN drn(lol I dont know what it is :)) file in flash2 (act.dat) is now backuped during ms creation and restored in the unbrick.
• Flash2 is now formatted too.
• Now installs 3.80 M33-5 instead of 3.71 M33-3.

This is the review of the new game that was released last week.

THE GOOD: Very good storyline and a nice cast

THE BAD: The game very barely is availiable and it can be fully finished in nearly four hours.

Viewers give it a overall rating of 6.5.

Capcom’s trying tocreate that success  in a new lawyer game, specifically designed for a western audience.  Although the humor found in the series may be a bit more dark it’s just as easy to fall in love with Harvey Birdman as Phoenix Wright which was a run away success last year. His affable nature in the face of such ridiculous trials makes this new game just as good as its DS counterpart.I am sure that the birdman fans will love this.

Now, Dark_Alex has been busy and all with the release of Custom PSP Firmware M33-3. I don’t know where he finds the time, but he always “get’s the job done”! The guy always is doing something for us psp games fanatics.

That’s why he’s our man.

… He’s one of us.

Anyway, this new build does some pretty cool stuff. You see, it carries some error fixes and improvements so it will work real easy with an equally new Popsloader version also out.

Now, before you do anything, I wanna point out the readme included in the download;

Fixed synchronization issue that plugins check code caused in PSN NP9660 original games (fixes 0×80010013 error)
Added a couple of libs to the nids resolver.
Added some internal changes required by incoming 3.80 popsloader plugin.

Now, the new popsloader doesn’t appear to be any different from the last one. I guess it’s been re-worked to carry support for M33-3. (I don’t know how he does it, but he thinks of everything!)

I gotta warn you now. You see, you gotta remember this is built specifically for the third update. So what does that mean? Well, it means that it won’t run on previous 3.80 M33 versions.

Now, before you go out and download this from Dark_Alex’s site, make sure you open up the readme and follow the instructions. You see, it’s put their for a reason. And I don;t want you to do anything to harm your psp.

As I write, he’s also gone and released a 3.80 M33 update. The 3.80 M33-4, includes the following change:
galaxy.prx was changed to a new version that is giving problems with slow memory sticks. Reverted back to previous versions. This didn’t only affect decrypted isos running in NP9660 mode.

Remember, you need custom firmware 3.80 M33 to run this update.

So to get this update, just go to network updates on your psp.

Before I tell you about 3.80 M33-2, I gotta say to all our Indians, Happy Pongal!!! Now you probably want to know what that is. Well, it’s a festival where they do all pongs and stuff. Ok, maybe they don’t do pongs and stuff, but its a time of celebration.

And you what? On the Pongal Festival, Dark_Alex and the M33 crew have released an update to 3.80 M33-2.

Pretty cool. And I wonder if they released it for the festival or something? Maybe. But I got a feeling, he didn’t do it jut for that reason.

Anyway, if you’re looking for 3.80 M33-2, then it’s out there. You see, what this does is fix a POPS bug and a wlan issue.

Now, if you want the download for this, I recomment you got to Dark_Alex’s site. You see, let’s help him out by going straight to his site. These guys work hard to help us play psp games downloads.

And you know, I’ve been told he and others of the M33 crew a bit annoyed with these “SCAM” sites, who try and make money off him.

… That’s something “our” community would never dream of doing.

Now you may have heard Team M33 were working on custom firmware 3.80 M33. And you may want to use it to play psp games downloads and stuff.

Well after an axious wait, Team M33 have finally put something together for us. You see, CFW 3.80 M33 does a lot of stuff.

… Like bring us changes which were found in the official firmware release by Sony.

You see, the new changes let’s us run Intenert radio on our psp. But that’s not the only thing. You see, it also brings the ability to run homebrew applications and backed up ISO psp games.

Pretty cool I gotta say.

Now one of the best features of CFW 3.80 M33 is the ability to upgrade your PSP using the Network Update functionality of the XMB menu. It’s like these guys have thought of everything!!! And I guess now we know why they ‘re the best!

Anyway, everything will be handled by the automatic system. So there’s no need to tell you about it anymore. Ok I’ll still tell you about it, but you don’t have to send you to a site to download it from.

For now, all you gotta do is visit Dark_Alex’s website to download 3.80 M33. Just make sure you open and read the readme.txt file.

Now before you can put on your psp, here’s the 3.80 M33 requirements
